    Apply by massaging a small amount onto temples, and wrists while inhaling the beautiful relaxing aroma. Use just before bed, to help aid a restful night’s sleep.

    Sleep Body Butter
    Warm a small amount of butter in between your hands and soften before applying it all over your body. Get straight into bed, relax and let the butter hydrate your skin whilst sleeping and the GAIA calming blend will soothe your mind.

    Use at bedtime on clean skin.
