Nurturing Meditation

    1. Collect and apply a soothing GAIA Face Mask or Moisturiser, and find yourself a space you feel relaxed in.
    2. Ensure you are in a comfortable position with your back supported.
    3. Start to take notice of your breath, breathing in and out.
    4. Feel your breaths deepen, allowing your chest to expand as you breath in and feeling your body relax as you breath out.
    5. Continue your calm deep breathing, your body is calm, safe, and relaxed.
    6. Visualise a tiny ball of light sitting just above your chest, this ball of light can be any colour you choose.
    7. The ball of light floats lower so its half inside your chest half outside, its feels comforting and peaceful.
    8. Allow the ball of light to slowly grow, at a steady and calming speed, each time you exhale the ball of light gets a little bigger, filling you with the feeling of calm and peace.
    9. This beautiful ball of colourful light can now slowly travel to anywhere in your body, let it travel on its own or guide it to anywhere you need healing or love.
    10. Allow the ball of light to comfort you and travel towards your face.
    11. Now you can let that ball of light gently heal your skin, bringing peace, happiness and energy.
    12. Keep hold of that glow but allow the ball of light gently leave your body.
    13. Send this ball of light to anyone you feel needs some assistance, love, and healing.
    14. Gently bring your focus back to your breathing
    15. When you are ready slowly open your eyes and gently stand
